  Laura was one of only fifteen female coaches in the US selected to participate in the year-long education and mentorship program. This select group of young, up-and-coming coaches were chosen as the future leaders in the development and enhancement of soccer players and the game.

• Studied Kinesiology with an emphasis in Societal Studies and a minor in Psychology from San Jose State.

• Completed M.A. in Applied Sport-Exercise Psychology from Argosy University

Coach Orlando has been an Assistant and Goalkeeper Coach with EVC the Soccer programs since 2015 working on both the Womens and Mens side. Holding both and M.S. in Sports Psychology and B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology Coach Orlando has also completed the NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and Advanced National GK Diploma. As a player Coach Orlando played Goalkeeper for Both De Anza College and Notre Dame De Namur University where he was named an All-American in 1996. In addition to Coaching at EVC Coach Orlando works with the local PAC Club and Harker High School where he is the GK Coach
